She operates a part-time private practice, providing a secure and welcoming space for clients to embark on their personal growth, healing, and self-discovery journey. Angela Shea, MS

Angela Shea has spent the last 20 years working in community mental health agencies, medical settings, and schools providing social work services to humans of all ages. 

She is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed alcohol and drug counselor who offers a non judgmental and professional space to hold and explore issues of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and life stress. 

Focusing on evidence based treatments, Angela incorporates  cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based therapeutic interventions such as art, breathing, psycho-education, mindfulness, and movement.

Meg Treadwell, RN
Intern

Meg Treadwell became a Registered Nurse in 2013. She graduated from Vermont
Technical College in Williston, VT. Meg decided to pursue becoming a Psychiatric
Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by attending Frontier Nursing University in Versailles,
KY, where she is currently enrolled. Meg has worked as an RN at the University of
Vermont Medical Center in the general medicine and inpatient psychiatry units in
Burlington, VT, in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Copley Hospital in Morrisville, VT,
and as the school nurse at the Johnson Elementary School in Johnson, VT. Meg is
passionate about working with vulnerable populations facing mental health challenges.
She has learned through her own life experiences how valuable using a holistic approach
to healing can be. Providing a safe, trauma-informed care environment to encourage
mental health and overall wellness while using the collaborative care approach to
maintain the autonomy of her patients and improve healthcare outcomes.

I am honored and delighted to work with and to become a team member at Inner
Intelligence. I will be precepting with Ginger to learn and fulfill my clinical
hour requirements and obligations to become certified as a Psychiatric Mental
Health Nurse Practitioner.
